The Expansion Experience is a 2-hour intimate immersion where you'll access your Future Self, receive clarity on your next level, and step into the energetic frequency of the woman you're becoming.

Your Day
1:30pm - Arrival Enter the Four Seasons. Settle into the space. Light refreshments. Meet the women joining you.
2:00pm - Opening Circle Intention setting. Grounding into why you're here and what you're calling in.
2:10pm - Future Self Immersion A 40-minute guided meditation journey to access your highest Future Self. You'll receive clarity on your next level—what it requires, what's blocking it, and what's available to you now. My original healing music plays throughout, creating the energetic container for your expansion.
3:00pm - Integration Circle Sharing, witnessing, and integration. Questions answered. Oracle guidance offered.
3:20pm - Closing + Reception Light refreshments. Connection with other women. Time to process, integrate, and celebrate.
4:00pm - Complete

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear? Comfortable clothing. You'll be seated for the meditation. Dress in a way that makes you feel beautiful and aligned.
What if I can't make it? All sales are final. No refunds. However, your spot is transferable—you can send someone in your place or apply your payment to a future experience.
Can I bring a friend? Yes! Each person must purchase their own ticket.
Is this religious? No. This is spiritual but not religious. All backgrounds and beliefs are welcome.
Do I need meditation experience? No. The experience is fully guided.
Will there be men there? This is a women-only experience. My crew is my husband and sons, they handle the sound and lighting and they will be in the vicinity.
What's the parking/logistics? Full details will be sent upon registration. Four Seasons has valet parking available and a small lot is only a block away from the hotel.
